Returns Policy
Orders placed at ph.salomon.com may be returned within 7 days of receiving the item if there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. For this reason, a customer may return the product, and we will fully refund the cost of the item and return delivery fees.
The following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted:
- The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition
- The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached and accessories
Value of items will be based on the actual amount paid for during the sale.
If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will not be accepted.
We do not refund products:
- Obtained from a source other than ph.salomon.com
- Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
- Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
If the return reason is due to a change of mind, we will fully refund the cost of the item but not the return delivery fee. This includes, but is not limited to, wrong size. Return must pass criteria set above.
A customer may also return items for other reasons with ph.salomon.com approval. We reserve the right not to agree to the return.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. All refunds will be processed once our warehouse has confirmed the item is in good condition.

Returns Process
- Customers must contact ph.salomon.com by email or chat (in ph.salomon.com)

Customers must provide the following:
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Supporting Images
- Delivery Confirmation

ph.salomon.com will determine if the return is valid or not based on information provided
- If return is valid, ph.salomon.com will provide details so customers may return orders through partner Third Party Logistics (J&T)
- Shipping Cost will be shouldered by the customer to be compensated along with the purchase amount at refund
- Customer Refund will be processed once product is received at the warehouse & validated physically.
- Customer Refund may be received within 24 hours to 30 calendar days from when refund has been processed depending on payment method used.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
